The name of the Restaurant-Café-Bar Fitzcarraldo, is a tribute to the 1982 film written and directed by Werner Herzog, starring Klaus Kinski as the main character, and Iquitos as the urban location of the movie
In our Restaurant you may find photographs and posters that advertized the movie in 1982, together with other memorabilia of the film Fitzcarraldo, as the ship´s wheel and the figurehead of the steam boat used in the film.
